BUDAPEST

Hi there ;)

When I realized that I haven't been posting anything since my USA journey, after stepping in 2017 year its almost the end of March and its the very first time I don't have my future exactly planned I felt like I really need to get back to my blog.
I had some busy times, doing a lot of snowboarding traveling and once more snowboarding.
One of my favorites recent trips was to Budapest and I (or I'm sure WE) really loved it. Thinking of the closest European capitals I never thought I could fall in love with the Hungarian one!

So here's what I liked the most why I will definitely go back :

People (even though they do not really speak English) they are so friendly and so helpful and so cute.
The atmosphere in the city is so chilled. Budapest is very touristy but you don't feel it overhelmed.
Cities divided by the river are my favorite! The views <3
So many nice places to hang out and the oldest and the most famous ruin bars!
Amazing architecure!
Public transport is awesome but in general if you live in a good location you can get anywhere on foot!

Budapest before it became Budapest was three separate cities Buda, Óbuda and Pest.
Let's leave Óbuda cos I have no idea what happend there.

But...

Buda was older and stayed older so there you can find the old town, the Buda Castle, Gellert Hill and some super cool churches like St Matthias with the Fisherman's Bastion.

Gellert Hill:

 Budapest Team!

 Danube River and bridges <3

Fisherman's Bastion:

Matthias Church:

Pest is the newer and some says the richer part of the city, The place if full of crazy places to hang out with friends feeling the uniqe vibe of Budapest. Despite of some historical buildings, churches and squares in the Jewish district there are some cool vintage second hand stores and we literally couldn't leave them.

 Crossing the Chain Bridge:

 St Stephen's Basilica;

 Jewish district:

Parliament was so big!

Taking a ride in the oldest subway in Europe at the end of our journey was cherry on the top!

Hope you like the post and photos! :)
